Pros

1. Good people, friendly environment. 2. Lunch and snacks are provided 3. Good team building events by HR and Admin teams Clearly only generic things are Pros

Cons

I was a part of the marketing team here so if you are into marketing, content writing, sales or designing, this is not the place you should be working at. 1. The management in India doesn't know anything about what goes in the market. 2. Emtec is 3-4 years behind in terms of market trends. 3. Suggestions of team members are never considered by the management here.

We appreciate you taking the time to provide a review. Thank you for acknowledging our great Associates and friendly work environment. We completely agree and are proud of our team! It is unfortunate to hear that you were not fulfilled in the role you had with us. It is uncertain whether or not you had taken the opportunity to share your concerns with others outside your direct chain of report? At Emtec, we have several options available to express ideas, feedback, and concerns while practicing an open-door communication approach. We value all feedback and encourage you to discuss further with us directly at Emtec_HR_Team@emtecinc.com.

Pros

Decent pay, good people, and remote company.

Cons

Layoffs about every 3 months. Leadership doesn’t disclose. You’ll be looking to reach out to someone about a project and find out they’re not even there anymore. Leadership and management provide little to no training/information yet expect you to perform as if you did. It’s actually very strange. Promotions only given to offshore team members. No culture - the culture is getting the company more money. Poor change management process, yet lots of changes.
