The Management Team at Bridgeline is of the opinion the vast majority of the negative posts made over the past 18 months have been from a small group of disgruntled former employees who were let go for poor performance, poor attitudes, and poor character. Any one person that has multiple email addresses can post anonymously several times on Glassdoor. It's unfortunate Glassdoor does not monitor the multiple postings or enforce their own posting policies.
Bridgeline is a very good Company with exceptional employees, an award winning digital engagement platform, and a blue-chip customer base. We have high standards and lead with integrity.
