Excellent environment to work in

Sometimes difficult to get desirable hours

-Learned about boats - Most of the time a positive interaction with customers/members - Tips were decent - Met some great colleagues.

- Have to deal with condescending upper management/Ownership who will micro manage everything you do. - Any tasks that you complete is never done well enough no matter who completes it. -A very negative work environment. Most people do not return after one season after realizing the disrespect you have to deal with. Would not recommend anyone working here.
