Salary issues: Salaries were not paid on time, and in my case, never credited despite repeated follow-ups.
Unfair termination: Employees are terminated suddenly without valid reasons or respect for notice period clauses mentioned in the offer letter.
Mental health impact: The uncertainty, constant stress, and lack of transparency had a serious toll on my well-being.
Unprofessional management: Leadership avoids accountability, does not communicate clearly, and dismisses employee concerns.
False promises: The company makes big claims during hiring, but does not stand by its commitments once you join.
