      Pros

      Brickleys has great training to get employees on their feet fast. Good working hours for work/life balance. 8-5 Monday - Friday. Employees are on the ground floor of a business that grows every month. Great Customer Service The company is completely transparent.

      Cons

      There is a lot of confrontation in property management. Lower pay
