Anyone not in managerial position are mainly great.

My title says it all. People in the higher positions dont fully understand what is happening, they're stuck in their own ways but want to transition to be a better company. They make decisions based off their workload but dont care about what happens to everyone underneath them and the struggles they will have to handle. They like to throw responsibility onto you, make false promises and then when you meet all deadlines, find some excuse to not reward you. They say they are a family but you are only family if you're in the higher positions. Don't be fooled. They lack communication, assistance and knowledge.

Great products and the team work well together

Systems, processes, management, weird working hours. its all changed since private equity came in. the old management are just chasing the $$'s
