3yWe can appreciate that it was difficult for you to transition from the speed of "start-up culture" and adjust to working for a larger banking organization, with responsibilities to multiple financial regulatory agencies. Since ADS purchased the start-up, there has definitely been an adjustment period for some of our associates.
