Pros

This company started out with great supervisors, managers, and decent work life balance, full benefits and ok pay. When I first started working there I felt like an adult and was treated as such. It wasn’t a call center.

Cons

They started hiring outside instead of within, laid off many employees with no notice/reason, they basically quite fired a lot of employees who were there before new management came in. They believe the way to get employees to do more or increase productivity when they are already overworked and underpaid, is to micromanage and treat employees like children who need their hand held every hour of the work day. It’s sad the company had so much potential and went down fast and has a typical call center environment that every person hates and has a high turnover rate.

Pros

Commute time for remote work “Job aids” for everything Training staff is very helpful

Cons

Promised 4 day weeks after 90 days then told if you don’t meet production you can’t get it. Productivity depends on patients showing up and despite all reminder efforts they still don’t show. They aren’t penalized but provider is. Inappropriate patients that should be discharged are shuffled from provider to provider when they don’t get the drugs they want. Patient satisfaction is priority over what is clinically appropriate for patient Providers are expected to do most of their own clerical work - patient reminders, updating addresses, firing patients (despite job aid stating it’s supervisor job to notify patients they’re fired) Multiple programs required for patient tracking and charting.
