Pros

Charismatic European hiring managers are fantastic at the hustle. I'll bet they're really fun people outside of the office. The building is one of the better looking ones on Capital of TX HWY. The bluff looks great, it took it a while for me to figure out this company has existed under several other names in different cities with really shady reviews. It appears they are great at using their marketing acumen to rebrand themselves. I'm sure the company provides kind of okayish opportunities for desperate people.

Cons

It starts with the managers using burner cell phones and hotmail as their professional email server. (C'mon a domain and a landline are like, $100) Their "management training program" is for an indefinite amount of time for a rate of $60 per day while you are "training" how to interrupting strangers daily activities to beg them to buy stuff they don't want. There was also a carrot dangled promising unpaid "quick saturday meetings" to learn tricks of the trade for management. They try to hook you on "You will be this level of manager, then this one then this one..." all with tiered pay grades. They offer you the dream of ingenuity translating into an easy $100k within the first 6 months managing. "Just go out and sell stuff face to face for training, then you'll be in the office part time...then full time while you work on campaigns and watch the money come rolling in!" However, you are not hired with an offer letter outlining salary, benefits, or a finite duration of your training before embarking on your career path. All the paperwork confirms is $60 per day with commissions. The other reviews on Glass Door were clearly farmed through SEO bots.

Pros

The Brand Executives provides paid training and a network of successful people for those who want their advancement and success to be dependent on their performance rather than on seniority or favoritism. The Brand Executives is an ambitious Direct Sales force that links Fortune 500 companies to their future consumers. They develop effective ways to promote their client’s products and services. To advance is 100% performance based and your earning capacity is up to you. I love that about this company. You can advance based on how ambitious and goal oriented you are. The business plan offers a clear black and white plan for success, but don't think it is easy, you will work hard but you will be rewarded over time. Most people want certainty in their paychecks whether they work hard or not. At The Brand Executives your pay check will reveal your attitude, work ethic and how quickly you learn. The culture is very positive, exciting, goal oriented, intelligent, and fun! I highly recommend The Brand Executives! The CEO (Tommy Smith) is an amazing example of World Class Leadership and he has developed a world class leaders that continue to advance along with him. I am happy to be a part of this company.

Cons

It is hard work, long hours and a lot to learn but who has ever been successful without hard work and long hours and study. This company has provided a means for many to advance to top levels of management making six figures in a years time.
