-The product and technology had great potential.

-Contant ‘product issues’ - delayed shipments, stopped lines, leaving orders unfilled, teams unable to do jobs, retailers frustrated, leadership non-communicative. Refusal to fund necessary retail sales/marketing activities or partnerships. Known product issues not disclosed. AI business disorganized. -Did not honor multiple employment agreement terms, programs, or payments. Promise after promise to keep employees from quitting. Never delivered upon. -Company was constantly behind or defaulted payment to employees, vendors, and retailers. Rumored shady financial dealings and lost investments. -Sold off product business and laid off all US employees, illegally cutting off benefits, reducing time off payments, giving no severance, and not honoring additional agreement terms due to employees. Multiple legal actions taken against organization prior to bankruptcy protections. -'Bankrupted’ the US (LLC) arm of the organization and is now trying to re-emerge in hardware again under a German head office corporate management guise. It’s the same leadership. They wrote off their debts and bad decisions and now want to do business again in North America after burning every bridge and partnership previously established. No matter the loopholes allowing this, don’t trust an organization that will screw over everyone that tried to build/support their business and then try to come back again like nothing happened. It should be illegal. Don’t fall for whatever the new spin is, history is bound to repeat itself.

Nice office location in the centre of Munich. That's basically all the good there is to say about the company.

As other reviewers have said before, the senior management of Bragi is beyond incompetent both on a professional level and with regards to managing people. The pay is far below market value compensation in Munich and there is no clear path of development within the company. The culture is very bad in general, a lot of pressure from management is put on the employees because of management set their deadlines too tight and made impossible promises to customers.
