Pros

Bragan is nothing short of a nightmare workplace. The CEO operates with a dismissive and authoritarian attitude that creates a truly oppressive environment where employees are treated as disposable pawns. The general manager is no better—utterly spineless and fixated on ingratiating themselves with the CEO, they blindly follow orders without any regard for the welfare of the staff. A large portion of the workload is dumped on remote workers in the Philippines, who are shamefully treated as second-class citizens. These workers endure constant instability, with people being hired and fired like clockwork every week. There's no respect, no stability, and certainly no appreciation for their hard work. It's a blatant exploitation of their labor. Across the board, employees are crushed under impossible workloads, subjected to public humiliation, and entirely deprived of recognition or support. The company churns through employees at a shocking rate, and the toxic culture ensures nobody lasts long. Bragan is an outright disgrace. If you have any shred of self-respect or concern for your well-being, stay as far away from Bragan as you can. This company doesn’t just exploit its employees—it chews them up and spits them out.

Pros

None that I could come up with.

Cons

Toxic work environment, verbally abusive management, no collaboration, constant blame-shifting, and risk of nonpayment or harassment after the fact. In short — do not work for or with this person or company.

Pros

None to report at this time other than I offered to cancel the contract to which he took the bait and I was done. Thank goodness.

Cons

Encountered consistent belittlement, criticism, and dismissal of expertise and efforts. Senior individual's dismissive and condescending response to business workflow decisions. Preference for impersonal communication methods, such as Skype texting and screen recordings. Hostile interactions hindered professional collaboration. Persistent hostile behavior despite attempts to address concerns. Culture of hostility prevalent within the organization, as evidenced by similar experiences reported by past employees.
