Pros
Bozzuto Construction has been and continues to be a great experience. The work is challenging and the opportunities to grow and learn are endless. I have been challenged with a broad range of projects and with the future growth plans, it is clearly evident that new challenges are coming very soon.
The great thing about Bozzuto is your career path isn't based on seniority or tenure, but rather your ability and willingness to learn and grow. The opportunities and career advancement are there for the taking.
Bozzuto also does a large amount of after work events if your into getting out and catching up with employees. Overnight rockfish charters, golf outings, happy hours, baseball games, etc.
I highly recommend Bozzuto Construction if your seeking a challenging and rewarding career in construction.
Cons
Project locations vary throughout MD/DC/VA. However that is not untypical of any construction company. I will say however that it seems Bozzuto does do it's best to consider location of the staff prior to assignments.
