Pros
The doctors truly care about their patients and do great work! They take care of all of their employees' dental and orthodontic needs. They want you to succeed and are willing to train if you are willing to put in the work :)
Cons
No insurance benefits or PTO (this is common with dental non-corporate offices) and office is not open regular full-time hours. This could be considered a pro for some!
