CEO cares, provider-owned company, collegiate atmosphere where people help each other and collaborate for patient care

Since I've left, they've really started phasing RNs out of the system, which may help cut costs but will likely affect patient care in my opinion

The people and culture at BMC is one of collaboration and team work. There is a can do attitude that makes anything possible!

They are not on the high end of the healthcare pay scale but culture and other benefits have more than made up for this!
