I've worked for Boulder Associates for about two years now, and have been very satisfied with the support and fairness I get as an employee here. This company truly values it's employees and recognizes that we have lives outside of work, and support us in whatever way they can. For me, the jobs I've had in the past can't compare to the employee and employer relationship I have with BA, I work hard for them and they work hard for me, I consider myself very lucky to be here and plan to stay as long as they'll have me!
