The problems are interesting, the stack is modern and the team are great. The culture at Bother is first class, and the company is full of people genuinely committed to Bother's customers, our mission and each other. The environment is fun and there's good work life balance and a strong commitment to flexible working.
Cons
It won't suit everyone, fast paced, fast changing environment - it's still an early stage startup.
