      The CEO buys mikes pastrys a lot.....

      No one is happy here. I liked the people outside of work but 9-5 everyone is miserable. Also the CEO gives free seo service for discounts on clients services. His own family left the company LOL what a joke

      Opportunities for self-management Clear expectations & guidance on work Providing recommendations to improve workflows/training is encouraged/rewarded

      Cons

      The role is client-facing, which can be a mixed bag when it comes to the people you interact with. This cannot really be avoided, and Managers/Supervisors help, but it can be difficult to reset expectations.
