      Friendly environment Flexible schedules Did not micro manage As a small company there are plenty of chances to learn, implement, suggest and grow.

      Cons

      Small company, does not seem to have a goal to grow Sometimes tasks are hard to accomplish due to little feedback and information to work on At time tasks are undersestimated

      Pros

      This company is great to get started in, I loved working there, the CEO means business but is a top-class guy. Always looking to help the employees learn and continue down their professional path.

      Cons

      The company is small <30 employees so the pay isn't as competitive for the area it's in but its leveraged by the great opportunity to learn you get by wearing multiple hats!
