Pros

They've hired some amazing managers. I myself have had the privilege of working on some really great teams and with some incredibly smart and talented people who are always thinking ahead and are really easy to work with.

Cons

I am honestly shocked at the level of politics that happens at this company. They keep files on every single person and and you're not privy to that knowledge. The only way to advance is spend a lot of late nights and and make friends with the right people. There isn't a lot of room for success unless you're apart of the 'in crowd' which sounds very high school but unfortunately true. It is very difficult to be yourself and make genuine connections because you're never sure if what you say will be kept private and whether you can trust people. You can't just be honest and that never seems to go away. Compensation is very poor and there is very little room for negotiation. You have to go to the moon and back to be compensated fairly. It is very difficult as a person of colour or a marginalized person to succeed in this environment. Anything you hear about caring about people or diversity is made up. There is no actual work that goes on within the company to support any marginalized group. This lack of care or concern comes from the top down. Most of the work goes into winning awards for pretending to care about diversity.
