Pros

I’m glad they at least offered airport pick up.

Cons

My experience with this company was extremely disappointing and far from what was advertised. I was rushed through the hiring process and encouraged to get there as quickly as possible, only to arrive and find completely unacceptable living conditions. The employee housing resembled a run-down property, with showers covered in mold, dirty rooms, and an environment that felt unsafe. The “gym” they advertised was misleading — it was very small and poorly equipped. In addition, the overall atmosphere was concerning. Many of the individuals living and working there were clearly struggling with substance abuse, and the person assigned to be my roommate had alcohol and cigarettes scattered throughout the space. Nothing about this matched the professional image the company tried to present during recruitment. I would strongly caution anyone considering working here to ask very detailed questions and think twice before committing. This company misrepresents the job and the living conditions, and it turned out to be a very unhealthy and unprofessional environment. I actually flew all the way in, saw the reality, stayed for less than an hour, and immediately left because it was so misleading and terrible. Also, I was guaranteed that I would have cell reception, but I did not.

Pros

This position is remote. Got to visit the site twice in less than a year. Generally a cool idea.

Cons

The biggest con is management. The nepotism, and the inexperience of management is something I have never experienced in my almost 20 years of working, including being in management in a remote "hotel". They do not care about guest services, if they did they would hire serious people in middle management and let them do what they were hired to do. Instead they try to hire bodies who will be robots and do whatever the GM says. Often times that backfires. There is zero flexibility, and they are allergic to change. That is ultimately why I quit.
