Pros
The product is really cool. Some really good people here who just really like the product, and actually enjoy going to work. The CS team was the best we've had, and the heart of the company.
Cons
The CEO and CTO have no backbone. Let the worst people get away with murder, and wouldn't listen to any feedback that was given about them. Many complaints were brought up to them, and they would brush it off, because of that HR was ineffective. The only time they fired anyone was for stealing. We had a group of people (old EA and finance) that were toxic and would spend all day gossiping and saying mean things about other people at the office, and the CEO/CTO would brush it off, or ignore it. They are always running out of money. Never able to pay vendors on time, constantly dodging phone calls and emails from people waiting to get their bills paid. Below market salaries. The entire company was white, except for maybe 4 people.
