Good - Graduate Student Boonville R-1 School District Employee Review

I have worked in each school in the district, and all staff and teachers I was filling in for left great plans and were very easy to communicate with. Staff is very welcoming and kind. All communication has had a high level of professionalism.

This district is small, so the sub openings are not as many as larger districts in surrounding areas.

Great teachers, and staff, eager to help out a lost sub.

If a sub is already covering half a day for a class, it should be offered to them first, since they are already there, before posting to the Red Rover system, if the rest of the day needs covered as well. It's easier for us as sub's who want to be in the classroom, and more importantly it's much easier on the kids, especially young people... Less transitions.
