Pros
Boone County offers great staff benefits, and most offices work very well together. Paid training and certificates Free health insurance (High Deductible) and CHEEP standard PPO insurance. Spacious offices (most with windows) For most positions the day ends at 5 SHARP, after hours you are usually not disturbed.
Cons
With every office having its own elected official it can make things difficult because everyone has to agree or a project will not happen. If one office backs out that could end the project. Some of the technology needs an overhaul.
