Cons
Think twice before joining here. The environment is extremely toxic and heavily driven by internal politics. There’s a clear culture of favouritism and staying in leadership’s good books. If you align with management, you’re fine. If you question decisions or raise concerns, it tends to reflect badly on you. Its not a place where open communication is welcomed. Leadership is reactive and inconsistent, with decisions are personal rather than strategic. There’s no accountability from the ceo and cfo, which creates a lot of instability across teams. Work expectations are unrealistic, with an “always on” culture. It’s not unusual for people to be overloaded and still expected to deliver without support. Internal processes are messy and frequently changing, which makes it difficult to feel settled. A lot of time is spent dealing with confusion rather than doing meaningful work. Turnover is very high. Good people don’t tend to stay long. Overall, this is not a healthy or stable place to build a career. It may be fine for very short-term experience, but most people move on quickly for a reason.
