      Pros

      Very challenging work. Always room for growth and encouragement for employees to take up different type of projects. Very interesting mix of clientele. The pay range is pretty good compared to other consulting firms.

      not many social or after work party arrangements for employees

      Pros

      Great culture. Open door policy and no traditional hierarchy. The work place is very creative, unique in encouraging employees to travel to different countries. The staff here is very passionate about adding value and the work that they do.

      Cons

      Same incubator programs given for new hires irrespective of the career level they are at .

      Pros

      Almost all of the senior management are friendly and want the employees to succeed. Convenient downtown NYC office location. There's a lot of room for growth here.

      Cons

      Extremely long work hours and very little work/life balance.
