Management was friendly they really showed appreciation for the work I did. percentage of the job invoice on top of salary
Cons
There was a lot of negative energy from the rig managers, but i guess that's typical of blue collar. The bonuses for 12 hr shifts were less, and they seemed to typically give them to the younger guys
