- Pay is horrible… way below market value. Raises are a lowly COLI if you’re lucky and don’t do anything except make people laugh. - Advancement within the company is non-existent, if you’re looking to go nowhere fast, then this is the right place! - Management at Bona is an absolute joke. They pretty much refuse to promote anyone and when they do it’s someone who is part of the “good ‘ol boys” club that has been there a long time, but is completely worthless and contributes absolutely nothing of value. - HR is also a joke. They get away with EVERYTHING and have zero morals, are unethical, and will throw you under the bus at any chance they can get. Most incompetent group of HR “professionals” I’ve ever worked with at any company I’ve been with. They all need to be fired! - What exactly does the marketing department do? They’re the largest department within the company, but they seemingly do nothing.
