Pros

If you like yachts and boats

Cons

Megalomaniac founders that are more busy boosting their own egos with Forbes articles rather then running a decent honest business From day one it was a delusional experience where promises weren’t kept And false expectations were created. I started with 3 other new hires . Within 3 months 2 were fired and one left, the fourth of the group was fired in month 6. A culture of fear where work pressure and overtime is promoted and frankly the norm. Often 10 to 11 hrs a day. They claim to foster an open work culture, or an open door policy, as they call it but when you ask questions you get publicly humiliated and bullied A lot of back room politics They try to cover up all the chaos, constant changes and high work pressure as if it belongs to a start up culture which the company already isn’t anymore. After they fired me over WhatsApp during a sick leave !!?! I had to fight for weeks to get my settlement. This had to be redone over 3 times to get all the amounts that were due. Needless to say it was an awkward situation to say the least. A lot of hyperbolic wordings like calling people superheroes all the time but they dispose more of people than one would do of a single use tissue. Toxic work environment Founders are glorified all the time By far the worst work experience ever

Pros

Great colleagues who make even the hardest days bearable. The team is friendly, funny, and you can genuinely talk about things outside of work. Without them, the job would have been much more difficult. The internal CRM/ERP system is surprisingly well designed, especially for Customer Support and Sales. Although it had occasional outages, it offered much better functionality than many systems I've used before and made day-to-day work more efficient.

Cons

Constant uncertainty due to the company's financial situation. Salaries and meal allowances were repeatedly paid late. On one occasion, salaries were even paid in installments. No meaningful employee benefits. Completely unrealistic KPIs combined with chronic understaffing, especially during the summer peak season. Customer Support and Partner Support spend most of their time dealing with problems caused by poor management decisions or mistakes made elsewhere in the company. Instead of focusing on customer experience, the job becomes crisis management every single day. Management frequently makes large, impulsive decisions that seem designed to create a competitive advantage but often create unnecessary operational problems instead. Employee feedback is not genuinely valued. You're encouraged to share your opinion, but if it's critical or challenges management, you'll often regret speaking up. People who simply agree with management tend to be favored. Innovation is only appreciated if it directly generates more revenue. Ideas that would improve internal processes, employee efficiency, or working conditions receive little attention. The culture often feels like appearances matter more than solving the underlying problems.

Pros

* The People: The frontline staff and general employee base are incredible. You will work with talented, hardworking individuals who are the only reason the company functions. * International Environment: Truly diverse workspace with a great mix of cultures, which makes for a vibrant day-to-day social experience.

Cons

* Financial Instability & Transparency: There are significant concerns regarding the company's financial health. Salary delays have occurred, sometimes with payments being made in installments. Furthermore, there is a lack of honesty regarding investment status and the company's standing with partners and customers. * Management Culture: There is a "never enough" mentality. Critical thinking is discouraged, while "yes-men" or those close to leadership are prioritized for recognition regardless of actual productivity. * Hostile Offboarding: Communication is non-existent until it becomes punitive. Terminations/layoffs often happen with zero warning (within the hour). If you choose to resign, management immediately shifts to viewing you as an "enemy." * Lack of HR & Professional Safeguards: There is no HR department, which is a major red flag. Serious issues like misogyny, sexism, and mobbing (specifically within Partner Support) have been reported to leadership and subsequently ignored. This has created an unsafe environment for female employees, leading to high turnover. * Unprofessional Office Environment: Alcohol consumption is frequently encouraged by leadership during work hours, leading to a breakdown in professional standards. * Hygiene & Conduct: Basic professional standards, including personal hygiene and sobriety during partner meetings, are frequently unmet by top leadership, which is embarrassing for the staff and damaging to the brand's reputation.
