Cons
Horrible place to work for. Avoid like the plague. The most dysfunctional miss managed, lower than poor working conditions you'll find anywhere. Managed by unless management that can't string a productive idea together if they're life depended on it. All shop floor workers Refer to management as the Incompetent ones. New starters get no sick pay the first 5 days of sickness, you will only get £20 a day which is SSP, and this will never change however long you work there. SO BEWARE!!!!! If you work a day shift you will be expected to do back to back shifts, this means you will have to work your 8 hour shift, then go home for 8 hours and then be back again after only being at home for 8 hours,do another shift to cover someone's holiday. SO BEWARE!!! If you want a holiday you have to ask other members of staff if they will cover you by signing a holiday form for you.this in any other work place is a managers job but because they're incompetent and lazy the shop floor staff have to do it themselves. SO BEWARE!!! You have to remember to note every minute of overtime you do because being incorrectly paid is a skill that payroll have mastered to a fine art. You will not be trained on any job, you will be told you will but you won't. SO BEWARE!!! This no training is especially non-existent on nights with the staff that have been there the longest unwilling to be helpful. SO BEWARE!!! If you are looking for a job that will crush your soul, that makes you feel like like nobody cares, that robs you of your self worth and never gives you a feeling of a job well done then this place is for you. SO BEWARE!!!!!
