Pros
If you are close to retirement age, this is definitely the place. They harbor a "don't do too much" work environment. Great stepping stone for new college grads to get real cut throat experience outside of academia, in the real world and in the food industry. Pay is decent. Bonuses are fair. Management does not breathe down your neck.
Cons
Not the best place for the experienced, no teamwork atmosphere, no cohesiveness within departments, extremely "gossipy" atmosphere from top down, covert management members (lower & high level) run the company in a cliquish fashion, small company with minimal layers of management so you cannot bypass obstinacy and egoism, little tuition reimbursement, they abhor change even if it benefits them, little to no chance of advancement.
