      My role here feels very impactful as the team is definitely on the smaller size. I was fortunate enough to have great management as well.

      HR takes a bit to process paperwork but it eventually get resolved.

      Flexible shifts. Understanding manager. The workload can be very low when it is not busy.

      Cons

      Can be difficult when it is busy. You are alone for most of it so there can be a lack of guidance.
