      -Excellent benefits -401k match -Incredibly Innovative -Fair pay -great PTO policy -CEO appears very employee first focused

      Cons

      -Sales leadership could be improved -Would like to see more employee surveys to help dictate benefits (WFH policy, culture budget input, etc) -Sales pay/quota isnt always competitive and lacks transparency

      Catered lunches, insurance benefits, internet stipend

      Cons

      Not much room for internal growth, I feel as though it’ll take me years to grow. Stuck on night shift, didn’t get my preferred day shift.
