Organizational structure allows team members to define their own role in a sense, take initiative and run with it. Overall great company culture and an enjoyable place to work.

While I enjoy working remotely, I do with I got to see my colleagues more often since I truly enjoy their company.

Fortunate to work with a bright, creative team on challenging web initiatives for forward thinking clients using Drupal and other open source technologies. We are a team of consultants, not just do-ers.

Pretty tough to complain, but life at a consultancy isn't for everyone. There's a lot going on, much to keep up with, etc., but it's also a lot of fun. You do have to be able to roll with some amount of task-switching and interruption.
