Pros
This job is good for people who literally do not care. You get paid well for the grunt work you do where equivalent jobs would pay a lot less to do the same work. The diversity is great. You'll meet many people from all cultures and background. This is the best thing about the company. You'll definitely have some fun with your peers.
Cons
Upper management is the worst. You could be doing the best work of your life and they'll still find something to ding you on. Ever since we starting working from home, there has been micro-management like no other. Management also does not care to improve or take into consideration anything that could actually benefit the company. The company doesn't care about their employees. Here's the kicker...ready? Ever since the BLM movement started coming up again this year, they vowed to donate money every month to a Black organization. Funny thing is, they don't even care enough about their own employees to do something even a small fraction generous. A lot of us just want to be heard and valued. But instead, we get penalized. A lot are afraid to speak up and those that do are let go. I wonder how those BLM donations are going. Be warned. If you work here, hide in the shadows and collect your pay-checks. At the first sign of a better opportunity, GET OUT. Your life doesn't begin here. It ends. You will become depressed here because almost all of us are.
