-If promoted to a salary position you are on your own and will not be supported by coworkers or upper management. -Promotions are given to those that are friends or are close to management, not to those who have knowledge or experience in the position. -No holiday time off whatsoever, regardless of your tenure with the company. Only upper management is able to take time off during holidays. -Tenure and work performance has no impact on raises or bonuses. -There is no one in the company who reviews the performance of leads or management, it is up to the hourly consultants to report issues that they see if they feel brave enough to.
