Cons
After reading these reviews, I felt it necessary to include my affirmation of them all. First, management DOES play favorites and the ONLY way to progress is to be their 'yes man' agreeing to all their jerking you around. There is no such thing as confidential with any level of management. If you make a formal complaint to HR about a manager, that manager will given a copy of the complaint along with their name. The do not follow their own policies, and when they 'follow' the written policy, they act like they are doing you a favor. They take away your lunch hour for company wide meetings and when they do not provide lunch, you do not get any comp time and you lose that hour completely. They fire on a whim, and refuse to fire those that do a horrible job, because they are being paid peanuts. Finally, please know that their business practice is to hire and pay for the best people the first year, and if they cannot keep the contract profitable after the 1 year mark, they will cut your pay or they will cut you. Make sure the job you are being offered has a direct path to being employed by the contractor or keep looking for other jobs while there.
