Pros

Lots of bright people, most have worked up the company. Very good technical knowledge and with latest technology. Promotes the friendly, family atmosphere. Good for graduates as they seem to get same exposure to projects as experienced consultants.

Cons

Many promoted too quickly through the ranks although have good technical knowledge, business and functional skills don't seem important. Too much reliance on a few large contracts/ clients. Experienced consultants can find hard to fit in unless you have something unique, otherwise just a revenue generating machine.

Pros

Bluefin go out of their way to hire clever, well-rounded, genuine people with a passion for tech. Respected by SAP and recognized as industry leaders. Opportunity for promotions - you won't be stuck in a dead-end position. Get experience with highly business-relevant products.

Cons

Travel can be demanding if you're not prepared. Other companies have higher compensation for the same positions - although this is offset by promotions.
