Nice facilities, but oblivious to what doesn’t work workwise - Customer Relationship Manager BlueLink Employee Review

Pros

Nice facilities (silent rooms, massage chair, two kitchens, games room, spacious layout, two screens per worker...) Interviewing/Contracting/Resigning processes were very professionally handled

Cons

Micromanagement in the worst way possible by immediate supervisors disrupting completely the learning and working environment. Watch out for inconsistencies and unfairness between different language markets. If you are Dutch or French, you will do well in this company, as they are the only ones holding Top Management titles and only will. (Others, don’t even bother trying) Though there’s nice amenities, don’t be fooled. You only have 30 mins per your shift to: go to your locker, walk to the bathroom, use the bathroom, go to the kitchen to have your lunch, come back to your desk. I don’t know how or when exactly you are expected to have the time to use the relaxing/social settings. (Management were the only ones I ever saw went to those places).
