Customer Service? Run away! - Customer Service BlueLink Employee Review

Pros

The only positive points are the cleanliness of the offices, the ease of access by public transport, and the friendliness of colleagues.

Cons

Unless you manage to join a Luxury Brand or CRM Advisor team, you should definitely not join the company... The Transavia and AirFrance customer service teams are absolute chaos. The workload is incredibly high all year round, you can't take a break for a single minute, and the management is terrible. Employee turnover is very high, higher than in any other company in Prague. Some employees end up depressed, others take antidepressants. The longer you stay with the company, the more responsibilities you are given, without any increase in salary.
