small company that has lots of employees to learn from. employees are willing to share information and knowledge to grow other within the company. people know you by first person and become close to you because you all work closely together.
Cons
small company has its own issues as far as drama goes and as far as not being able to create space from the people you work with. there is also no PE that i am able to work under to work towards getting my own pe license.
