Good people and lots of growth opportunity We are a small, but growing agency with lots of ground floor opportunity. We are privately held, which allows us the flexibility to do things that other larger agencies cannot . There is a lot of flexibility around work hours and we are developing a great atmosphere of teamwork.

As I said, we are a growing agency and with that comes growing pains. As we move into new process, new tools and new structure things change. The one thing that is constant is change. So if that is hard for you, that would be a con.

I've been working at BLD for over 2 years and couldn't ask for a better atmosphere. The culture here is very much centered around teamwork and creativity which I love. The location is perfect right in the Arena District and our office space is a really open and urban feel. Being at a small company means you really have to be able to dive in, take on a lot of different tasks and collaborate well with others. I've learned so much from working here and truly enjoy coming into work and being a part of such a great team every day.

Being a small company doesn't give us the same opportunities that large corporations may have in terms of certain benefits and options; however, BLD always makes the employees priority so any concerns you may have are genuinely addressed by management to try and accommodate as best as possible
