Pros
Monday - Friday 7-4 or 830-530, depending on what department you were in. Overtime (when approved) was voluntary, never required and they do have a night shift for one department. So you got a very consistent schedule and didn't have to work weekends unless you wanted overtime when it was offered.
Cons
Pay was awful and raises were very rarely given. Promotions were usually not based on merit and instead given to brown nosers; very rarely was someone promoted who actually deserved it. Middle management, with the exception of maybe 2 people, are a bunch of brown nosing, teachers' pets who do NOT fight for their associates and expect you to do what you're told, no questions asked, whether it's outside your department or above your pay grade. Higher management was actively making working conditions worse by taking away the few comforts that you have while also putting conditions on heat related breaks. HR does not have your back at all and will disregard any complaints you make on middle/higher management. For a company that claims "we're all family" or "like a family",they constantly proved that they just don't care about their employees and only cared about making money. The turnover rate is crazy high and therefore you're usually working with a skeleton crew. Several of the male higher ups are sexist and will either ignore you altogether, barely look at you when they do talk to you, or just generally treat you with condescension. For now their diversity is great but the sexist higher ups were over heard several times saying "to weed out female hires" and that there "needed to be more men in the warehouse". Overall this place was toxic and is not worth working for unless you like being treated like garbage.
