Good health insurance This is a good opportunity to get work experience in customer support.
Cons
This is not a long-term place to work.The pay is not competitive and there is not a lot of opportunity for the majority of the employees. For a small company (under 30 employees), the retention rate is very low. The skilled people move on quickly. The actual job is repetitive and gets boring quickly.There is a never ending queue of support calls.
