-Management is horrendous both in the week and weekend.
-SO MUCH BULLYING FROM MANAGEMENT, often shaming people in front of the whole office
-NEPOTISM IS RIFE
-Managers have their favourites, based on nothing other than who they can gossip with. Ones performance is often overlooked, especially with regards to progression.
-NO PROGRESSION UNLESS YOU ARE CLOSE TO MANAGEMENT
-HR could not be more bias if it tried. Many people would complain about these issues and it would be brushed under the rug
-SEXISM can be heard, with one manager stating that he “didnt agree with women choosing career progression over homemaking.”
-Nastiness about employees was often excused as jokes even if it was behind your back
-Lack of confidentiality with personal matters. Often if someone is off, the whole office will know why. Any grievances or any matters that should be kept private end up known by everyone.
-MANY PEOPLE JUST WALK OUT AND NEVER COME BACK
-Discrimination was obvious, with certain groups of people dismissed based on “attitude” when none appeared to be present
