Pros
They are experts in leadership and employee engagement. They practice what they teach. The work is very interesting and challenges me (in a good way)
Cons
Some projects require long hours (but the time goes quickly). There was some minor changes as part of the acquisition by GP Stratgegies such as the requirement for all employees to track their time. GP Strategies has been great for us in terms of resources and more projects.
