The quality of the people you get to work with and the overall fun and dynamic culture means you get to accelerate your career and create and deliver meaningful projects at any stage of it.

Cons

Its not for the faint-hearted. Building start ups is hard. There is uncertainty and lots of change constantly. However we provide a ton of training to build resilience and enjoy the often hectic journey! Join if you love your work and want to accelerate your career and enjoy doing hard things.
