You have more time & freedom to do other things such as going to school or even getting a second job. However, I didn't get my Bachelor's degree to be paid the same amount as a high school graduate.

The pay is very low and mostly not always not time, which sucks. And the environment is just a bit negative for me, people gossip too much and talk about their clients.

Benefits are good. Medical and Dental are free for single plans, good match on the 401k

Upper management are stuck in their ways, resistant to change, a couple of them should probably retire for the rest of our sakes. Company make little to no attempts at improving or expanding.
