My review comes from an operations point of view working under the executives...
Management is messy, unorganized, not cohesive
Nepotism is very much alive and well
What others have said about quickly hiring & firing.. true
Staffing's biggest clients are [REDACTED] - shady companies/organizations. Beware. If you want to sleep well at night knowing you are doing good work for good people this is not the place for you.
They act like culture is such a big deal and that you're part of a "Blackstone Family" but just like every corporation they don't care about you at all and will drop you at the hint of any pushback or if you aren't the "Yes" person they wanted
...You are expected to be subservient and do what they tell you to but rarely are able to give adequate or coherent direction
Tell you to be "proactive" but don't give you anything to really be proactive about
WAY too many chairs - SF office design is atrocious
The oversaturated beige walls and floors are depressing and gross
Empty bookshelves everywhere... why? Again, terrible interior design
President of the company is a very selfish man who cares of nothing but his bottom line, thinks health insurance is enough to make employees happy when all it does is make people afraid to leave, lest their loved ones fall ill... Fear is no way to manage a business
President has zero interest in putting money back into the employees, they see employees as dollar signs, products
The software developers work on a program that probably hurts the environment [OPINION]
