Pros
While working at Blackmore partners, I really improved my communication skills because we had to attend the meetings (thrice per week minimum) to update the manager and team about our work and also learned quite a few things about PE firms while attending the virtual conferences. Also, I learned the backend process of the meetings and conference because I was in the IT team
Cons
I wan't satisfied with the way we were managed, it could be better. One manager would say one thing and the other one would say something else, which confused me a lot and wasted my time and effort as well. No proper training was given to me before handling me their IT side and the other IT interns completed their training as well, so I was left alone with no proper knowledge but I tried my best to learn the process by myself.
