Pros

Really good collaboration and teamwork from within the CSM team.

Cons

Alot of stuff gets dumped onto CSM, and the attitude seems to be mostly that if anything has to do with a customer that the CSM should handle it. As a CSM, it felt like the company should serve the customers more instead of defining why they shouldn't help customers and understand what the solutions do and how to answer basic questions.

Honestly, at the time there weren’t many cons.
